To drive assigned key accounts and establish the organisation’s offerings as dependable, technically advanced, and competitive solutions. The role focuses on addressing customer concerns through value‑added services, building long‑term partnerships, and driving revenue growth from key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders
Develop strategies to increase share of wallet across assigned sub‑segments and geographies
Design and execute engagement programmes for strategic accounts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Create marquee projects and case studies, including customer testimonials
Manage funnel forecasting to improve delivery timelines and meet customer requirements
Ensure accurate forecasting and minimise finished goods inventory build‑up
Map segments and sub‑segments to strengthen reach, extraction, and pipeline visibility
Drive strategic product portfolios to gain competitive advantage
Identify and develop prospects within high‑potential, low‑share sub‑segments across industries and indoor lighting applications
Manage key public sector accounts including government and PSU clients.
Must Have
B.E / B.Tech (Electrical), MBA / PGDM (Marketing)
8–12 years of experience in industries handling electrical equipment
Prior exposure to lighting, switchgear, cables, or LT panels is an added advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Account Management role, including handling complex projects and/or teams
Willingness and physical ability to travel within the assigned territory
Strong market awareness and feedback orientation
