We are looking for an experienced Process Engineering Lead to drive operational excellence in capsule manufacturing by optimizing process performance, improving yield, and enabling continuous improvement across operations. This role will partner closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, effective, and compliant manufacturing processes.
As a subject matter expert in capsule manufacturing technologies (HCM, I-box, Borsor), you will define process standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead transformation initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

What you will do:
Provide engineering and technical support to production teams to maximize quality, yield, and productivity in capsule manufacturing
Define, monitor, and optimize machine process parameters for Hard Capsule Machines (HCM), I-box, and Borsor systems
Ensure process parameter set points and measurement systems remain aligned with specifications; escalate deviations proactively
Establish and standardize “golden parameters” for equipment during product or size changeovers
Lead troubleshooting of chronic manufacturing issues and drive sustainable solutions
Coordinate cross-functional activities across production, maintenance, and engineering teams
Drive waste reduction, yield improvement, and consumable optimization initiatives
