Role & Responsibility
Design and develop robust and effective Java applications according to business requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Implement and unit test software components to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing Java applications.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
Excellent knowledge of relational databases, Oracle, MYSQL, SQL and ORM Technologies (JPA2,



Hibernate)
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Prepare, Maintain and schedule sprints/release related to development tasks
Knowledge of web development technologies including responsive UI framework along with HTML 5 , CSS , JAVA script and J query
Experience with Java frameworks/libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts and Angular JS.
Experience in developing Web Applications using at popular web frameworks such as Struts, Spring MVC.
Experience with latest IDE like Eclipse IDE / Net Beans etc.
Profound insight of JAVA and J2EE internals (Class loading , memory management , transaction management etc)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Ant).
Mastery of OOP principles to design and implement robust, modular software solutions.
