Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technology Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation through AI-based solutions, model development, and implementation across projects.

Mandatory Skills:
4+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA)
Solid Python programming with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
Practical experience building and fine-tuning ML/DL models
Experience in prompt engineering and working with LLMs (Large Language Models)

Primary Skills:
Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
Model training, evaluation, tuning, and deployment
Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI




Experience in building APIs to serve AI/ML models
Data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI model deployment

Secondary Skills:
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Basic understanding of front-end integration of AI models (e.g., through REST APIs)
Exposure to Data Engineering or BI tools is a plus
Knowledge of Data Privacy, Model Explainability, and Ethical AI principles

Valuable to Have:
Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
Certification in AI/ML or Gen AI technologies

Role Expectations:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI solutions
Develop, test, and deploy Gen AI models in production
Ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance of AI solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed
