Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage AI-driven programs focused on Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, and AI Operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project and program management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance. The role requires driving end-to-end execution of AI initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality, productivity, KPI, and SLA commitments.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI, LLM, Prompt Engineering, and AI/ML operations projects.
Manage and mentor teams across Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, Data Labeling, and AI Operations functions.
Define project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project performance and ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, quality standards,



and productivity targets.
Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project governance processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective resource planning, team utilization, and capacity management across projects.
