Primary job title (standardized): Travel Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities
Drive new business and grow revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing B2B and B2C travel accounts across assigned territories.
Manage the full sales cycle: prepare quotes, negotiate fares and services, close deals, and ensure timely ticket issuance.
Build and manage accurate PNRs, perform fare construction and ticketing using GDS platforms to meet customer requirements and fare rules.
Maintain CRM records, update sales pipeline, and produce regular sales reports to hit monthly and quarterly KPIs.




Coordinate with operations and supplier teams to confirm itineraries, manage changes/reissues/refunds, and ensure high service quality.
Respond to corporate RFPs and proposals, upsell ancillaries and value-added travel services to maximize yield.
