The Marketing & Business Development Skilled will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, client engagement, competitive positioning, and bid management. The role demands strong market understanding, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive prospect development to support organizational revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements, business challenges, and project goals.
Project Planning Insight
Develop knowledge and visibility into projects during the planning stage to ensure timely engagement and business preparedness.
Business Strategy & Forecasting
Forecast market trends, upcoming opportunities, and business potential.
Formulate and execute strategic business plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Bid Packaging & Query Development




Collaborate with customers to develop bid packages and extract biddable queries.
Ensure clarity of requirements and create competitive and compliant proposals.
Stakeholder Networking
Build robust networks with consultants, contractors, industry stakeholders, and internal teams to support business development initiatives.
Competitive Differentiation
Identify measures to create competitive barriers and differentiation in the market.
Leverage insights to position the company as a preferred solution provider.
Budgeting & Opportunity Management
Work on budgeting for identified opportunities with customers.
Align proposed solutions with customer financial expectations and project scope.

Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
