Job Title: Partner Relationship Executive
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹22,000 per month + Incentives + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with recruitment partners on a daily basis, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
Assign job descriptions (JDs) to partners, ensuring they have clarity on role expectations.
Monitor and follow up on submissions from partners for allocated JDs, ensuring timely and quality submissions.
Provide guidance and support to partners to optimize their performance.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and partner satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of partner interactions and submissions.

Qualifications:
Freshers with internship experience in HR or Business Development are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of professionalism and a serious work ethic.
Must currently reside in Pune.
