Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager (All‑Rounder) who has a solid understanding of end‑to‑end digital marketing and a proven ability to generate international B2B leads.

The primary focus of this role is not just posting content, but driving high-quality international leads for accounting, bookkeeping, and back‑office services targeting markets such as the USA, UK, Australia, and other global regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
Handle SEO, Google Marketing, and overall digital performance efforts
Run lead generation campaigns (critical requirement)
Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and informational material
Convert inquiries into qualified leads




Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for better results

Must Have
4+ years of experience in digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Robust all-rounder with hands-on experience in multiple digital domains
Proven background in B2B marketing or lead generation
Excellent communication skills and solid content understanding
Ability to think strategically and execute with precision
We are not looking for someone whose primary role is only posting on Instagram.
