About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior MSSQL & PowerShell Automation Engineer to support, enhance, and optimize enterprise data platforms and automation frameworks. The role involves managing SQL Server databases, developing and optimizing complex database solutions, building enterprise-grade automation frameworks using PowerShell, and providing technical leadership for production-critical systems.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MSSQL development, database performance tuning, PowerShell automation, data integration, and production support, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, drive automation initiatives, and mentor junior team members.

Database Performance Bottlenecks
Perform database health assessments and recommend optimization strategies.

PowerShell Automation & Scripting
Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerShell automation solutions.
Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
