ResponsibilitiesProduction planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain production plans and schedules, and ensure that production targets are met
Resource utilization: Ensure productive use of resources, such as labor, tools, and equipment
Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
Quality control: Implement quality control measures to meet product specifications
Production data analysis: Analyze production data to identify prospects for process improvement and cost reduction
Production issues: Identify and resolve production issues or interruptions to minimize downtime
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production processes
Safety and compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, and ensure compliance with industry standards
Equipment maintenance: Participate in the maintenance and upkeep of production machinery and equipment.
Knowledge of fabrication processes / techniques, manufacturing of pressure, vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, etc. Planning and monitoring day to day materials movement in shopfloor. Attending customers calls and updating their order status. Knowledge on ISO, ASME, IBR & EN codes
