About the role:

We are seeking an Automation AI Tester with 3–8 years of experience to support business and automation testing across the project lifecycle. The role involves test execution, stakeholder collaboration, project reporting, and leveraging AI-driven automation tools to improve business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools, automation testing, robust communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in the financial services domain is preferred. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, requiring 3 days of work from the office and occasional client visits.

Requirements

Required Skills:
3–8 years of relevant experience in business testing, automation testing,



or a similar role.
Hands-on experience on AI implementation and AI tools
Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail; ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with automation tools or AI-led process improvements.
Background in financial services or experience working with firms.
