Act as SME and primary decision-maker within the team.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making.
Provide technical and functional solutions across teams.
Mentor junior team members to build their expertise.
Continuously improve team processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Expertise in Payments Fundamentals (must-have).
Robust knowledge of application design and development methodologies.
Hands-on experience with project management tools and techniques.
Proficient in analyzing and troubleshooting application issues.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
