Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics

CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM analytics solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement and customize Salesforce analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Optimize analytics solutions for maximum performance and scalability.
Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce analytics.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.




Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer or similar role.
Robust knowledge of Salesforce CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
Familiarity with SQL and other database technologies.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Solid communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certification in analytics (e.g., Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
