Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with their needs via phone, email, or in person.
Sales: Actively promote and sell our products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring clear and concise information is provided.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.




Rotational Shifts: Be versatile to work in day and night shifts as per the schedule.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Punjabi.
Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service or sales experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Adaptability to work in a rotational shift setting.
