POSITION SUMMARY
This role manages day-to-day administrative tasks in the Human Capital Management (HCM) System, focusing on data accuracy, analysis, processing, and reporting. The person works independently with minimal supervision, resolves non-routine issues, and interprets policies, procedures, and guidelines to determine the best course of action.
