Position: Software Engineer- 6 MONTHS extendable
Engagement: Initial 3 months remote, subsequent on-site in Pune

Position Overview

Seeking a Software Engineer (5–8 years experience) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions using modern web technologies and event-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Node.js, Nest.js, and React.js.
Implement and optimize event-driven architectures with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL for real-time data processing and distributed systems.
Leverage AI tools and services to enhance product features, automate processes, and boost performance.
Mentor and guide developers, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable,



and reusable code.
Develop and maintain automated unit tests to ensure reliability and stability.
Participate in peer code reviews and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Create and maintain technical documentation (design decisions, workflows, architecture).
Continuously assess existing systems and propose cutting-edge improvements for scalability, performance, and developer productivity.

Proficiency in Node.js

Robust experience in Redis

Expertise in containerization with Docker
Expertise in orchestration using Kubernetes
