Minimum Experience

4– 6 years of experience in MIS
Special Skills/Attributes
(required for performing the job effectively)
Experience in MIS, Business, analytics, Eye for Detail and Micro Management.
Experience creating process flow diagrams.
Awareness of current web technology and tools (e.g. Search tools, Tracking tools, etc.
Project management experience.
Strong facilitation and communication skills; solid attention to detail; solid written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills;
solid organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task; analysis and problem solving skills; negotiation skills; ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

Providing the informative data to the management with in the timeline. To identify the strength & weakness, providing alternative solutions. To streamline & implementation of the processes.
Key Responsibilities

Preparations of all type of MIS (Monthly, weekly & daily) & submission with in timelines.
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Analyze business information to identify process improvement for increasing business efficiency & effectiveness.
Follow-up and collection the data from all the departments timely manner
Works closely with all HOD's to analyses data & provide intelligent reports based on historical and forecasted data.
Expertise in analyses, planning & maintaining data base
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency & consistenc
