5- 7 years
of total experience, and at least 3 years in the real estate industry
At least 3
years� experience in a leading law firm with Litigation/ Non �
Litigation background.

Special Skills/Attributes

In-depth
understanding of drafting agreements like Development,
Sale, Lease, Leave & License etc
Statutory/
Regulatory Compliance Management
Should have the
knowledge of leasing administration process

Overall Purpose/Objective

Responsible




for supporting the leasing/projects/center operation teams by providing
expert advice on legal and regulatory matters related to the project/center,
ensuring total compliance with relevant legal norms/ framework; vetting all
contracts/ agreement drafted, ensuring secure custody of legal documents
and monitoring swift resolution of legal issues in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that
the projects maintain a solid and consistent legal compliance record
and also are completed and operated as per statutory/regulatory norms
and no penalty clauses are invoked against the Company
Support
the leasing/projects/Marketing/ Finance & Accounts/ center Operation
teams by providing expert advice on legal and regulatory matters related
to the project
Ensure and
oversee timely submission of relevant documents and returns to external
stakeholders / regulatory authorit
