Job Details:

Senior Technical Manager, Development and Application Support (Supply Chain Management and Logistics)
Lead a global follow-the-sun application support organization along with development responsibilities for mission-critical supply chain logistics platforms. Drive stability, uptime, and SLA performance through strong operational rigor, training and accountability, reduced technical debt, and AI-enabled automation/process improvement. Partner across business and IT in a matrixed workplace (including vendors) to deliver enhancements and integrations, coordinate end-to-end incident restoration with Infrastructure/Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
Run global support operations to meet SLAs, improve uptime, and drive incident/problem/change management with end-to-end restoration.
Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams; set explicit expectations and performance standards.
Own support strategy and roadmaps; align priorities to business outcomes and long-term platform health.
Drive continuous improvement using metrics, automation/AI,



and process standardization; manage budgets/resources.
Deliver enhancements, integrations, and large-scale programs/projects with predictable agile execution.
Provide technical/architectural oversight to ensure solutions meet standards, security, and operational requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
14+ years of relevant experience, including IT management and leading teams.
Relevant IT certification(s) preferred.
