Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 SAP SD production support and resolve complex functional issues.
Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
Handle SAP SD change requests, enhancements, and process improvements.
Configure and support SAP SD modules including:
Sales Order Management
Delivery Processing
Billing
Pricing
Customer & Material Master Data
Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, output determination, and copy controls.
Support delivery, picking, packing, shipment, and billing processes.
Handle SAP SD integration issues with MM, FI, and LE modules.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
Perform testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing.




Support business users and provide training/documentation when required.
Manage priority incidents within defined SLA timelines.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in SAP SD Configuration and Support.
Hands-on experience in SAP SD L3 production support.

Experience with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA SD.
