Program Management
Support planning, execution, and tracking of key HR projects and strategic initiatives.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, timelines, and action logs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of deliverables.
Assist in implementation of HR transformation, digitalization, and organizational development initiatives.
Monitor project milestones and prepare periodic status reports for leadership review.
Support employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, and employer branding programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports.
Analyze workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, productivity, and employee engagement.
Generate insights and recommendations based on HR data trends.
Support manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce forecasting exercises.
Prepare presentations, scorecards,



and analytics reports for leadership and board reviews.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
Executive Assistance to CHRO
Support the CHRO in tracking strategic priorities and key HR deliverables.
Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions.
Prepare presentations, briefing notes, reports, and meeting agendas for the CHRO.
Maintain action trackers for leadership commitments and organizational initiatives.
Coordinate with business leaders, HR teams, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CHRO.
Assist in preparing communication drafts, leadership announcements, and organizational updates.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (COEs), and business teams.
Support preparation of reports for senior leadership, board meetings, and management reviews.
Coordinate with external consultants, institute
