Job Summary: As an Architect in the Foundations Org at JioHotstar, you will define the long-term technical vision and lead the evolution of core platforms, including the server-guided UI orchestration system. You’ll dive deep into challenges of scale and speed that directly impact video viewer funnel conversions and reach, helping make JioHotstar ubiquitous. This role involves designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective systems for massive and unpredictable LIVE traffic, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and data teams, and mentoring engineers while driving architectural excellence across the organization.

We own Identity, Performance, CRM infra, design systems, and cross-platform consistency—enabling every other team to build boldly and ship reliably.
