Job Title: Oracle DBA (8+ Years Experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Database Administrator with over 8 years of hands-on experience, including mandatory expertise in Oracle GoldenGate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our database infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and administer Oracle databases across production and non-production environments.
Set up, configure, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication.
Perform database tuning, backup & recovery, patching, and upgrades.
Ensure database availability, performance, and security in alignment with best practices.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support database-related activities.




Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain documentation on database environments and procedures.
Be available to work in a general shift but remain adaptable to support rotational shifts when required.

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of proven experience as an Oracle DBA.
Solid hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate—installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and backup strategies.
Experience in high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
Proficiency in PL/SQL scripting and automation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle certifications (OCP, OCA) are a plus.
Experience with cloud-based Oracle deployments (AWS, Azure, OCI) is an advantage.
