Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Billing Engineer with solid expertise in hirise software real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all billing-related activities, contractor billing, cost tracking, and ensuring accurate financial documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify RA bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and vendors
Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation
Monitor project costs vs. budget and highlight variances
Ensure accurate quantity take-offs (BOQ) and rate analysis
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams for billing inputs
Maintain proper documentation for invoices, measurements, and approvals
Evaluate and certify work completed at site as per drawings and specifications
Manage change orders, extra item billing, and escalation claims
Support in final bill settlement and contract closing
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms
