As a Senior Software Engineer based in India, you will be embedded in office with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance systems.

Role & Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end software modules in a microservices setting using Java, Python, or JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion best practices in CI/CD, test automation, and security.
Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize production applications—ensuring high availability and low latency.
Mentor and coach junior engineers—sharing knowledge of software design patterns,



performance tuning, and agile methodologies.
Contribute to architectural discussions—evaluating current technologies, estimating effort, and driving continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
5+ years of professional software development experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices design, and server-side frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js).
Hands-on experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
Proficient in Git-based workflows, build tools (Maven, Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Experience diagnosing performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues in production systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
