Position Overview
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operational processes related to co-lending activities, both in the secured and unsecured lending segments. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless collaboration with co-lending partners and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for co-lending operations that aligns with the company's overall business goals and regulatory requirements.
Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing co-lending operations team.
Set explicit performance objectives, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

within the team.
Process Optimization:




Streamline and standardize co-lending processes to ensure consistency and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Partnership Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with co-lending partners, fintechs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Establish and maintain solid working relationships with partners to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
Risk Management:
Work in conjunction with the risk and compliance teams to monitor and manage operational risks associated with co-lending activities.
Implement robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure that co-lending operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain a high level of operational quality and compliance.
