Job Description:

Overview
An Export Logistics (Agri/Spices/Soya) role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the shipment of goods from a country to international destinations. It involves overseeing the entire export logistics process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The role plays a vital part in maintaining solid relationships with international partners, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor export shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Negotiate freight rates and select optimal transportation methods
Prepare and manage export documentation, including customs clearance
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast shipping needs and maintain adequate inventory levels
Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade compliance policies
Assess and optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency




Communicate with international partners to address logistical issues and maintain solid relationships
Track and report key performance indicators related to export logistics
Manage and resolve shipment delays and disruptions
