Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project costing, optimizing expenses, and supporting project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for real estate projects (residential)
Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Conduct quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
Develop project budgets and cost plans at various stages (concept, design, execution).
Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams for cost inputs.
Monitor project costs vs. budget and highlight deviations.
Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.
Identify cost-saving prospects and value engineering options.
Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
