We are seeking a smart, confident, and proactive Business Development Executive to support our sales and client‑coordination activities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are enthusiastic about building a career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Coordination
Handle initial client conversations, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
Assist in maintaining solid client relationships.

Business Development Support
Support the sales team in lead generation, cold outreach, and lead nurturing.
Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.

Internal Team Collaboration




Coordinate with internal teams such as design, sales, and execution to ensure smooth project flow.
Maintain and update client databases, follow-up trackers, and CRM records.

Operational Support
Support in site visits, client meetings, and presentations when needed.
Assist in documentation, reporting, and daily operational tasks.

Must Have
Fresher or 0–1 year of experience
Educational or work background in Architecture / Interior / Real Estate / Construction (preferred)
Solid communication skills in English & Hindi
Confident, presentable, and people-oriented
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Comfortable with client interaction, coordination, and follow-ups
Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
