Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive HR intern who will gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to the development and implementation of company policies. Key Responsibilities

Policy Development & Documentation
Research, draft, and update employee policies and procedures




Develop comprehensive employee handbook sections
Create policy templates for various HR functions
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with leadership to align policies with company culture and values

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics
Assist with job posting creation and distribution

Employee Onboarding & Engagement
Design and improve onboarding processes for recent hires
Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate training programs
Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
Assist with performance management processes
Help organize team building activities and company events
