About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) Consultant to lead enterprise-scale SAP MDG implementations and support initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Master Data Governance processes, with expertise in designing, configuring, and integrating SAP MDG solutions across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementation, upgrade, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Design, configure, and maintain SAP MDG solutions for Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Financial Master Data.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MDG functional and technical solutions.
Configure data models, governance workflows, change request types, business rules,



validations, derivations, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams including MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, EWM, and technical teams to ensure seamless master data integration.
Configure and support Data Replication Framework (DRF), BRF+, SAP Fiori applications, workflow configuration, and data modeling.
Support data migration, master data harmonization, duplicate management, and data quality initiatives using SAP MDG best practices.
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, governance standards, and end-user training materials.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture and delivery best practices.
