About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Manager to lead both Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and stakeholder management. This role requires a solid balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring effectiveness.

HR Operations
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure smooth execution of payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and employee advantages.
Drive HR policies, processes, and compliance initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
