Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Minimum of 10+ years of formal education.
8–10 years of experience in SAP Project Management, covering implementation, migration, and application support (AMS) engagements.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in SAP support projects, with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments,



and ensure timely completion in line with standard practices and organizational guidelines.

Robust stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users and senior leadership.
Experience in managing incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards, ensuring strict SLA and KPI adherence.
Proficiency in handling end-to-end AMS support activities, including root cause analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
