Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or administrative support
Robust attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
Ability to manage high-volume, transactional work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar)
Experience handling employment verifications or unemployment claims
Experience working in a shared services or offshore delivery model
