Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Finance
Lead financial strategy and planning aligned with long-term growth objectives.
Drive profitability through product mix optimization, pricing strategy, and cost control.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Monitor and improve the cash conversion cycle, inventory management, and working capital.
Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to global and regional leadership.
Enable business finance as a strategic partner towards business growth.

Commercial & Contract Management




Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management with customers and suppliers.
Partner with business heads for negotiating high-value contracts ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with international trade laws.
Supervise product pricing, costing, and localization to achieve growth strategy goals.
Establish and maintain a centralized contract repository and governance framework.
Ensure adherence to global policies and statutory regulations.

Process Excellence & Systems
Champion automation and digital transformation of finance and commercial processes via ERP systems.
Drive continuous improvement in costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
Implement robust internal controls and audit mechanisms.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and lead high-performing finance and commercial teams.
