The prospect
The position is for the team within EY Brand, Marketing and Communications in GDS team and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement pillar.
This position will work with our stakeholder team to create compelling content for various internal communications deliverables and manage EY’s CE channels where relevant.
Your key responsibilities
Manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions.
Develop and deploy consistent communications plans that reach key internal audiences, while allowing for local input, customization and integration of messages in appropriate channels.
Develop and manage communications and engagement programs for EY’s multiple people audiences; proactively identify their diverse needs
Use advanced communication skills to interact effectively with the team and stakeholders to offer strategic and operational solutions.
Manage and oversee large CE projects from concept through execution, and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
Have a consulting approach, strategic thinking, ability to take initiative and willingness to adapt, influence, and challenge.
Interact and collaborate with internal teams on multiple projects
Looks at prospects to expand the reach of the business to other onshore stakeholders.
