Responsibilities:
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP and cGMP standards requirement.
Supporting Regulatory, Certification and Customer Audits to QA
Implementing of related SOPs and OCP of the department.
Follow up and collecting Vendor Qualification questionnaires, Declarations, Nitrosamine questionnaire, Technical/Supplier Agreement, Assessment Report, Certificates and ISO audit related documents from vendors.
Preparing Approved Vendor list and Vendor rating.
Maintaining statements related to vendor qualification documents.
Collecting data from Purchase dept and preparing MRM documents.
Supporting and attending Internal Audits.
Updating Organogram and individual job description.
Handling and updating of Edit form, change control and deviation.
Updating training records of all respective personnel on the SOP related to purchase.
