Overview

This role is designed for a commercially driven leader to build and scale the growth engine of a leading, high-quality healthcare platform.

The Head – Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and unlocking recent business prospects.

This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership, focused on accelerating growth through partnerships, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
Own and drive revenue growth across key service lines
Identify and unlock recent growth opportunities, including new markets, segments, and business models
Build and scale international patient business and referral networks

Partnerships & Alliances
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, institutions, corporates, and ecosystem players
Drive institutional business, including B2B and B2G relationships
Identify high-value collaboration opportunities to expand reach and revenue

Business Development Strategy




Define and execute the organization’s business development roadmap aligned to growth priorities
Track market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy
Build scalable pipelines and conversion frameworks

Commercial Excellence
Drive conversion, yield optimization, and revenue realization across channels
Establish clear performance metrics and accountability mechanisms
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Partner with senior leadership on growth strategy and execution
Build and lead a high-performing business development team
Influence cross-functional teams to align with commercial priorities

Must Have
18–25 years of experience with a strong track record in business development, revenue growth, or P&L; ownership
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, aviation, or other service-led sectors pre
