About the Role

The position is expected to be located at Plant. Facilities management - Plans, execute and coordinates the pm activities concerned with equipment selection, installation and commissioning,



construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment machinery in industrial plant.

What You Will Do
Operations and Maintenance of utilities systems - HT & LT Systems, UPS systems, HVAC, Air compressors Sets, ups, Nitrogen to support to Production function.
Maintenance of Matl handling equipment’s
FPS Systems, Access controls and CCTV management
Co Ordination with Sub Contractors for Execution
Execution of New Projects/ Layout Change, Current Equipment Installation, MSEB Liasoning , Statutory compliances
Enhance safety Setting and implementation of safety process / systems.
Maintain the KPI - MTTR, MTBF, 5S.
Spares Management
Energy management & Building management
Implementing Certification (OSHA, TS 16949, ISO 50001), EMS, OEM’s Specific certifications
EMS & Haz management systems,
Statutory compliance
