Application Support Analyst

What We're Looking For
A talented IT-focused individual who wants to join an experienced team
Solid communicator who can explain complex systems clearly
Ability to understand systems, applications, and processes end-to-end
Knowledge of databases, networks, and security aligned with ISO27001 standards
Proactive ownership of issues across software, hardware, and networks

Key Responsibilities
Provide second-line application support, investigating and resolving technical issues




Troubleshoot and identify defects across applications, data, and processes
Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and applications
Support product and technical teams in testing and release activities
Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base and business continuity documentation
Manage and monitor servers to ensure system availability and performance
Monitor system performance and resolve data or configuration issues as needed
Evaluate user feedback and recommend system enhancements

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of ISO27001 standards
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Experience working with stakeholders
Strong communication skills
