Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment to support hiring requirements across logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for junior to mid-level talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, supply chain, warehouse, transportation, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
Experience hiring for logistics industry.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in high-volume hiring and junior to mid-level recruitment.
Solid understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets.
