Where You’ll Make a Difference:
Process Expertise:
In‑depth knowledge of the end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report (R2R) process, including general ledger and costing close, intercompany accounting, account reconciliation, FP&A;, and financial reporting.
Robust understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, with experience applying them in financial statement preparation.
Experience supporting transitions, mergers,



and demergers, including managing the related financial accounting implications.

People Management:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of R2R specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, and build strong team relationships by addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Operations) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the R2R process.
Maintain clear communication with external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, clients), proactively identify and manage R2R‑related risks, and address queries in a timely and effective manner.

What Makes You the Right Fit
Skilled degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred).
