The role involves coordination with clients, banks & the field marketing team for laon & subsidy file. The ideal candidate should have basis knowledge of credit analysis & MSME loans along with leadership skills to manage a team and drive business growth.

compliance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Lead and manage the Surat branch operations
• Follow -Up & Coordinate with Clients for leads & documents
• Co-ordinate with banks for Loan Processing
• Over all supervision of field marketing team:
• Track pipeline, approvals, and disbursements
Key Skills & Requirements:-
• Basic knowledge of MSME / Industrial Loans
• Leadership & team handling skills
• Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi required)
• Ability to coordinate with banks and clients effectively
• Result-oriented approach
• Positive understanding of documentation & compliance
