Job Description:

Position: Sr. Engineer - Production

Location: Falandi - Silvassa

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Steel

Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality goals
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, KPIs, and improvements
Lead and mentor production staff and junior engineers
Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials




Support recent product introduction and process validation activities

Required Skills
Knowledge of wire drawing process and machines
Understanding of steel grades and properties
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (micrometer etc)
Ability to read technical drawings/specifications
Problem-solving skills for production issues

Required Qualification: - B.E/.B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
