Overview

As a Director of Product Management for Payments at RealPage, you are a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and customer value delivery of Payments product within the portfolio. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving innovation, market impact, and customer success. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Payments Product, you will play a pivotal role in defining product direction, guiding lifecycle strategies, and representing RealPage as a thought leader in the industry.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Manage, mentor, set career paths, and grow a large team of Product Managers.
Foster a culture of accountability, Cross-functional collaboration, and innovation.
Strategic Product Ownership
Lead and own strategic products or technical product areas within the Payments portfolio.
Focus on people leadership and delivery of strategic outcomes.




Collaborate and set strategic product direction including project creation and alignment for quarterly & annual road mapping cycles
Financial & Business Management
Establish Key success metrics for overall financial impact of product decisions.
Responsible for product-level budget goals as assigned
Ensure product investments align with business objectives and ROI targets.
Vision & Roadmap
Align product initiatives with corporate strategy and market prospects.
Lifecycle Management
Develop and execute product lifecycle strategies, including go-to-market, migration, transformation, escalation management and sunset planning.
Market Readiness & Enablement
Drive product introduction and launch readiness across multiple initiatives.
Partner with design and enablement teams to ensure successful adoption and customer engagement.
