About the Role

Zeeco is seeking an experienced manufacturing and production leader for the position of Deputy General Manager – Production at our Wada manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in heavy engineering, fabrication, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, and process equipment manufacturing while leading large production teams in high-performance manufacturing environments.

This role requires robust expertise in shop-floor operations, production planning, assembly management, safety, quality, manpower handling, and execution excellence.

The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in strengthening production capabilities, improving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time project delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives at Zeeco’s Wada facility.
