Key Responsibilities:
Stock management
Slobs to be maintained at 2% as per budget
Plan to liquidate the ageing stocks along with CM/OM
Ensure stock cover as directed by the brand and management
Ensuring 100% stock for the rapid movers across all brands
Demand planning
Ensure to prepare forecasts for all the brands along with CM/OM/MM
Ensuring stocks orders to place for all brands as per management and brand budgets within timelines
Cross check all the invoices raised by the brand is as per the cost structure
Retail
Monthly Stock takes across all consignment stores and reconcile.
Stock cover at consignment stores as per management guidelines
Manage the vendor portals
MIS
Weekly Sales Management reporting
Monthly Sales Management reporting
Management sell out and sell in reporting
Manage price list for all the brands
Benefit reporting to L beauty team
Help CM and finance to prepare the monthly reports to the management.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
Skills: Solid analytical abilities and proficiency in retail forecasting.
