Role Objective

To execute daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while ensuring inventory accuracy, ERP discipline, QC clearance coordination, safety compliance, and timely shipment readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Execution
Support inbound receiving and putaway
Execute picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination
Ensure export packing standards and QC checks
Maintain bin location accuracy

ERP / WMS & Inventory Control
Perform ERP/WMS entries for inbound and outbound movements
Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation
Highlight inventory discrepancies proactively

QC Coordination for On-Time Shipments




Coordinate with QC team to ensure:
Timely inspection of picked material
Clearance of shipments as per dispatch cut-offs
Track QC pending status and escalate delays
Ensure QC-approved material is released for packing and dispatch

Registers & Compliance
Maintain operational registers:
Inbound
Storage
Outbound
Damage
Support audit documentation

Safety & Floor Discipline
Follow safety SOPs and housekeeping standards
Support PIT handling under supervision
Ensure clean and organized warehouse floor

Reporting & Communication
Maintain daily warehouse trackers
Communicate dispatch readiness, QC status, and risks to the Logistics
Report operational issues proactively
