We are seeking a Project Manager focused on operational execution to support translation and publishing of video content. This role is responsible for managing workflows, vendors, and budgets to ensure reliable, on-time delivery of support videos.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable managing high-volume operational work across global teams.

Responsibilities –

Operational Execution
Manage day-to-day translation and publishing workflows for support videos
Create and manage Jira tickets, ensuring smooth progression across workflow stages
Prioritize languages and content based on stakeholder input and budget constraints




Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to defined quality standards
Track and manage budget utilization within approved limits
Escalate tool and other issues and drive resolution in a timely manner

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with translation and publishing vendors to meet turnaround time expectations
Monitor vendor performance against established quality and process standards
Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and risks

Publishing & Quality
Support end-to-end publishing of support videos across platforms
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and usability of published content
Escalate issues and drive resolution in a timely manner

Reporting & Process Support
Maintain dashboards and reporting to track operational performance
Support usability testing and provide input on process improvements
Follow established processes and identify opp
